Gail Van Kleek, Lead Interior Designer at Dover Interiors

Gail Van Kleeck is the President of Dover Interiors, a design firm that specializes in helping clients create more comfortable, welcoming, nurturing homes. She is an Allied Member of ASID and the founder of The Dover Interiors Design Collaborative, the first interior design collaborative in New England. She has over thirty years experience as an interior designer and developed her feeling/function focus and step-by step approach to decorating as a way of helping hundreds of clients create more uniquely personal and haven-like homes.
She has designed professional offices for lawyers, doctors and financial planners as well as AT&T and The Boeing Company. She has also coordinated countless residential construction and renovation projects Gail authored an interior design column for The Suburban Press in Dover Massachusetts and is currently writing an inspirational column for the Valley Patriot which serves Boston’s north shore. She has also presented design related programs for the Rhode Island School of Design, the Junior League of Boston, the Boston Design Center and a wide assortment of womens organizations.
In addition, she is the author of How You See Anything is How You See Anything, an illustrated inspirational book published in 2000 by Andrews McMeel. In 2004 she created a publishing company to produce her second book, Simple Wisdom for Challenging Times. She is currently working with Robert Allen Fabrics and Sherwin Williams Paint Company to write an interior design book to help people create more personal and welcoming homes.
Gail Van Kleeck is the oldest of five siblings who were taught that an important part of living is making a difference in the world. Her writing, speaking and designing are influenced by the seven years she spent as a Hospice volunteer.
